TeamServer is often used as a cost-effective customer support tool, enabling a small number of support personnel to support a high number of customers. The built in support desk provides central management of all support calls, and also provides a central list of FAQs relating to your products and services.

Indivudual contacts can be granted access to the on-line support portal, where customers can log new support requests and view your FAQs.

This feature is provided within the context of CRM, so all support calls are logged against the contact so that sales and accounts personnel can view any outstanding issues.
