The Scenario.
Safety Watch is a Stockport based company with approximately 12 employees, and between 10-30 home based agents carrying out telemarketing activities from home. They needed a system to co-ordinate their activities and easily keep track of all jobs. The business process includes a complex series of introductory letters and information packs which are sent out at pre-set intervals.

The Solution.
The solution combined the TeamServer CRM system and a flexible office-automation tool to automate as many administration tasks as possible. TeamServer provides powerful contact management to all staff at every location, and guides the user through a clear business process with single-click access to the information required at each step in the business process. Users can now keep track of sales leads, orders, correspondence, invoicing, activities and queries in a single central system, giving management a clear overview of business KPIs at a glance.

Office Automation.
The business process used by Safety Watch involves many letters to their clients, each of which moves the ‘job’ onto the next step in the process. A system was devised which helped to print the appropriate letters, then automatically update the CRM system to move the job from one Step to the Next with minimal intervention.
